Mark Fisher Owner & President

With more than 25 years of recruiting and networking experience in the home channel, building products, and hardware industries, Mark is known equally for his expertise and integrity.

Regularly sought out by leaders seeking a new opportunity, Mark is relied upon by both Fortune 500 companies and independent business owners.

Mark is an active father of four, who also finds time to give back to his community through coaching his kids’ sports teams, and leadership roles with his church.

Angela Fisher Owner & Vice President

Angela has been immersed in the recruiting industry for more than 25 years including positions in research, marketing, and finance.

An innovator, Angela has developed new search technique technology, and training programs for both new recruits and employers.

Angela is a mother of 4 children and has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys spending time with family, and volunteering her time to those in need.

Justin Roper Sr. Account Executive

Justin is renowned around TZR headquarters for his innate listening skills.

Within moments he has a great sense of a client’s needs and knows the unique candidate to match.

He is experienced in the service and manufacturing sectors, in addition to being an expert on filling sales, marketing, operations and finance roles.

His heart for people stems from his time working in ministry where he served in pastoral care for more than 10 years.

On the weekends you can find Justin, a dad of three, fishing or firing up his grill and smoker to BBQ with friends.

John Holland Senior Account Executive

John Holland is a Senior Account Executive at TZ Recruiting who takes a people-first approach to recruiting. He is known for focusing on the human element of the hiring process, valuing individual relationships over transactional placements, and delivering results with integrity. By building trust, communicating clearly, and understanding motivations on both sides, John helps clients and candidates make confident, long-term decisions—and he’s always down for a good laugh along the way.

Outside of work, John is a father of four who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and dogs. He also enjoys tinkering on cars and sharing great dinners with his wife.

Izelle Stander Associate Recruiter / Marketing Representative

Izelle Stander brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship, sales, and recruiting expertise to TZ Recruiting. Before stepping into the recruiting world, she spent six years as a product marketing representative, providing education and training to clients, and later built her own successful business as a salon owner in South Africa. Her background in sales and marketing studies laid the foundation for her ability to connect with people, understand client needs, and deliver results.

 

Now with a year of experience in recruiting, Izelle leverages her diverse background to identify top talent and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients in the OPE, LBM, and building products industries. She is also the driving force behind TZ Recruiting’s Talent Vault initiative, helping showcase top-performing professionals to hiring managers across the industry.

 

Outside of work, Izelle is a proud mom of two boys and a brand-new baby girl, balancing her professional passion for recruiting with the joy of family life.

Bailey Hesson Associate Recruiter

Bailey Hesson is an Associate Recruiter at TZ Recruiting, where she partners with clients and account executives to source top talent and manage candidate projects with efficiency. She focuses on leveraging research, CRM tools, and AI-driven processes to improve collaboration and deliver better outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Before joining TZ Recruiting, Bailey gained recruiting and HR experience with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Liberty University, the National Center for Healthy Veterans, and BRAVO! Group Services. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Liberty University.

When Bailey isn't working, she enjoys being involved at her local church, being outside, reading a book, and finding the next best coffee shop
