At TZR, we pride ourselves on the ability to offer our clients flexibility when it comes to achieving their recruiting goals.

This is not a one-size-fits-all industry and we’ve built a business model that not only recognizes that – but thrives on it.

Hybrid recruiting is a premium service we created to address the ever-changing business landscape that our clients operate within.

What does a Hybrid Search look like at TZR?

A Hybrid search offers great value to our clients.

It gives them most of the process of a typical “retained search”, but a majority of the fee is actually contingent on us bringing in the top talent.

It requires an engagement fee of typically between 15-20%, then the rest of the fee is contingent on us delivering a great hire.

The dollars (and good sense) of a Hybrid Search

Unlike our Contingent and Retained search models, Hybrid offers more flexible payment terms and a greater investment into your business on our end.

When we ask for money up front, we have a “fiduciary obligation” to perform.  This investment allows us to dive deeper on the front end of the process including research and understanding the nuances of our client’s market.

And, when a partner pays money down, now they have some skin in the game, too.

From our side, the money down ensures we do our job well; we are not just in it for the upfront fee, we exist to earn the entire fee and see the process through from beginning to end.

What do clients love about our Hybrid model?

Flexibility and quality of candidates.

The Hybrid model delivers both every time.

Clients have flexibility to hire from referrals and/or people may apply directly all while knowing we have access to nationwide-leading talent that only we can provide.

This results in both max flexibility and the best person hired.  And, the risk of failure in the role is significantly decreased which makes the client ROI even more assured.

Who doesn’t love flexibility?

With our Hybrid model, our clients get to use their own internal methodologies and tools they have invested in to access talent, while simultaneously accessing TZR’s network and industry experience which rockets their experience to another level.

How?

When clients ignite a TZR Hybrid search, they’re getting access to our Talent Zone while maintaining an open door to potentially choose an internally sourced candidate which helps them ensure a better hire – and may cut the costs of the search fee.

However, remember when choosing from limited internally sourced candidates, one takes on more risk.  Retaining TZR for a Hybrid search also gives you the option to select from the best the market has to offer for a 100% confident hiring decision.

Simply put the Hybrid model reduces the potential of a bad hire and mitigates risk all around.

How does TZR do this better than the other guys?

Many recruiters post jobs and only search Linkedin for candidates who are “open to work”.

That’s the low hanging fruit. We go deeper into the research process, utilizing many different strategies and utilize our propriety strategies to evaluate talent who are both active and passive candidates.

We’ve found that many times, it is the passive candidate who may be just looking for advancement, who is in the top 10% of our Talent Zone.

We couldn’t continue to offer this effective, best-in-class solution without a great client base to keep us moving forward. Currently, close to 90% of the businesses we work with on a daily basis opt for our Hybrid search– including almost all our long-term partners.

Why?

Because they are getting the best value AND the best candidates that we commit to deliver, every time. Ready to get started? Connect with us today.
